Underfoot Feel
In comparison to the Pegasus Trail 4, the Peg Trail 5 has a significant update. The midsole has been upgraded to Nike's ReactX foam. This should provide improved cushioning and responsiveness.
Again, in comparison to the previous model, there is less rubber along the outsole. This should still protect the full-length ReactX midsole, but should improve comfort on roads and trails.
It is worth highlighting that the traction pattern should be comfortable on roads and trails. However, the suitability for sections of road means that the lugs are not deep enough to cope with challenging terrain, such as steep muddy ascents and/or decents.
Upper Fit
Nike's Flywire technology integrates with the laces to help provide support and security at the midfoot.
In high-wear areas, such as the toes, you will find mesh with tighter woven fabric. This helps with durability.
Finally, open holes in sections of the mesh are useful for providing breathability.

Sizing Advice

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
